A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join its QA team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-level CRM systems that support critical business processes across multiple business units.

A leading company in the automotive industry is seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join its QA team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-level CRM systems that support critical business processes across multiple business units. You will be part of a small and professional QA team, involved end-to-end in the development lifecycle- from specification through delivery and deployment- working closely with development, product, and business stakeholders in a stable, collaborative, and impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing manual tests for the organizational CRM system.
  • Performing tests for external interfaces and various systems.
  • Accompanying development processes from the specification phase through delivery and deployment.
  • Writing and managing test cases according to functional requirements.
  • Reporting, tracking, and managing defects using Monday.
  • Providing QA support for Champion Motors and other Allied Group subsidiaries.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester in a Client & Server environment.
  • Strong ability and experience in defect investigation and understanding complex business processes.
  • Experience testing mobile applications and Front-End components.
  • Experience testing enterprise CRM systems.
  • Experience testing Web and Mobile systems – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AS400 – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce – an advantage.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with automated testing – an advantage.
