Join the IT Infrastructure team of a large nationwide organization in a hands-on technical role combining IT support, hardware, networking, and infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and endpoint issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
- Support Microsoft environments, Active Directory, and organizational systems
- Work with network equipment, switches, and communication infrastructure
- Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades, and technical projects
- Work alongside the System team and external vendors
- Provide remote and onsite technical support across company branches
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on IT experience, including Tier 2 troubleshooting - Must
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and endpoint devices - Must
- Good networking knowledge, including familiarity with switches and VLANs - Must
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently - Must
- Valid driver's license - Must
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft environments - Advantage
- Experience with Citrix - Advantage
