Moveo Source is looking for a curious, hands-on AI Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our internal AI-powered recruitment and HR platform.
We're transforming the way recruitment and HR processes work by developing intelligent systems, AI agents, and automation capabilities that solve real business challenges.
This isn't just about integrating AI tools into existing workflows. You'll be developing core product features, designing and building AI-driven systems, and turning new ideas into working solutions.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves technology, constantly explores what's new in AI, and enjoys experimenting, learning, and building things from scratch.
You don't need years of professional AI experience. We care about what you've built, how you think, and how excited you are to keep learning.
What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance our internal AI-powered recruitment and HR platform.
- Design, build, and integrate AI Agents, LLM-powered features, and intelligent workflows.
- Develop core product functionality, backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Take ideas from concept to implementation, testing, and production.
- Work hands-on with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar technologies.
- Explore emerging AI technologies, experiment with new approaches, and turn them into practical product capabilities.
- Solve technical challenges, improve existing systems, and continuously build new features.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on software development experience through personal projects, academic projects, or professional work.
- Practical experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, and modern AI technologies.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals, APIs, and backend development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies independently.
- Genuine passion for AI, experimentation, and building real products.
- High level of curiosity, initiative, and ownership.
Nice to Have
- Up to 1–2 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building AI Agents or LLM-powered applications.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Cloud environments.
- Personal AI projects, GitHub repositories, or independently developed products.
