We are looking for a professional and service-oriented IT Support Technician to provide high-quality technical assistance to our employees.
What You'll Do:
• Provide courteous and patient telephone support and remote technical solutions to employees
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in a Windows environment (desktops and laptops)
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Connect computers to wired and wireless networks
• Install and configure peripheral devices such as monitors, printers, scanners, and multimedia equipment
• Perform software installations and ongoing maintenance of workstations
• Document incidents and actions in the ticketing system
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in technical support for end-users – face-to-face and/or over the phone
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Experience in software installation and troubleshooting for computers and peripheral equipment
• Basic networking knowledge (including wireless connectivity)
• Strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, patience, and ability to work with diverse users
• High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
