We’re looking for an IT Support Manager to join one of Israel’s largest banks.
This is a key technical role supporting core financial systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical and functional support for pension and investment systems
- Handle incident management and system troubleshooting across open environments
- Perform data analysis and documentation to resolve complex system issues
- Monitor 24/6 system performance and ensure ongoing operational availability
- Manage upgrades, configuration changes, and integration of new interfaces
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, IT, and external vendors
- Maintain accurate documentation and report statuses to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience supporting systems in open environments
- Strong technical analysis and system thinking capabilities
- Ability to manage incidents, prioritize tasks, and perform under pressure
- High attention to detail, documentation skills, and task ownership
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for extended hours as needed
Advantage:
- Experience with financial systems, especially in long-term savings / pension
- Previous work in end-user support roles
- Familiarity with F.M. systems
- Experience with M-Control
- Academic degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
