As a Technology Risk Business Partner within the IT Risk and Regulatory Management Unit, you will work closely with senior technology leaders, support strategic initiatives across the Technology Division, and help enable innovation while managing technology risks. The role offers exposure to cloud transformation, AI initiatives, emerging technologies, and executive decision-making processes.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior managers and leadership teams across the Technology Division
- Support technology units, products, and strategic initiatives on risk, control, and regulatory matters
- Conduct risk assessments, define controls, and recommend mitigation plans for systems, products, and new technologies
- Identify business opportunities, remove barriers, and support technology transformation initiatives, including Cloud and AI
- Lead and implement regulatory requirements and technology governance standards
- Participate in professional forums and monitor technological and regulatory trends
- Prepare and present risk assessments, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior management
- Work closely with stakeholders across the Technology Division and other business units
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Risk, Technology Risk, Risk Management, or related fields- Must
- Broad technological knowledge and understanding, and familiarity with technological platforms and systems- Must
- Ability to analyze processes, think critically, and maintain a holistic perspective- Must
- Familiarity with technology regulations and governance frameworks- Must
- Ability to learn independently, take initiative, and lead processes- Must
- Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities- Must
- Experience working with managers and senior executives within an organization- Must
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide practical business-oriented recommendations- Must
- Experience supporting cloud, AI, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives- Advantage
- Previous experience in the banking sector, financial institutions, consulting firms, or other highly regulated environments - Advantage
