What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage web-based technology projects from planning through execution
- Oversee day-to-day support of existing web systems, including upgrades, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user support
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal technology teams
- Document technical processes, write functional specifications, and deliver user training
- Support technological units and participate in cross-team initiatives
- Work in environments including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in information systems required - must
- Strong technical orientation and problem-solving abilities - must
- Proven experience in managing technology projects in the field of web-based systems – must
- Experience working with SQL - advantage
- Experience in business requirements analysis and interface management - advantage
- Experience in working with networks and data communication - advantage
- Experience working in open systems environments - advantage
- Relevant academic degree or professional training – advantage
