This is a unique opportunity to take part in complex, high-impact procurement processes within a large enterprise environment, working closely with senior technological and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end IT procurement processes for complex, large-scale engagements with vendors in Israel and abroad
  • Manage strategic negotiations and execute complex commercial agreements across software, hardware, maintenance, and IT projects
  • Work closely with internal technology, business, and finance stakeholders to understand needs and align procurement strategies
  • Conduct vendor mapping, risk assessment, and supplier lifecycle management with a long-term business perspective
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Must:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in IT procurement within large organizations, managing budgets of tens of millions of NIS
  • Demonstrated experience in leading negotiations and closing complex IT transactions with local and global vendors
  • Strong understanding of the IT market in Israel and globally – vendors, manufacturers, pricing models, and procurement methodologies
  • Excellent commercial mindset with the ability to drive long-term value and optimal contract structures
  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting data and insights to senior executives
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, and speaking) with excellent negotiation skills

An Advantage:

  • Experience working in financial institutions or large regulated organizations
  • Hands-on experience with ERP procurement systems – SAP is a strong advantage
