We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist (Tier 2) to join the Infrastructure team within the IT division of one of Israel’s leading vehicle agencies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale enterprise environment and support IT infrastructure, communication systems, and end-user computing services across the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Tier 2 support for infrastructure and endpoint-related incidents
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication issues
- Support and maintain desktops, laptops, telephony systems, network switches, and IT equipment
- Support advanced technical environments including Citrix, monitoring, backup, and control systems
- Work closely with third-party vendors and coordinate external service providers when required
- Escalate complex infrastructure and core systems issues to the Systems team when needed
- Participate in ongoing infrastructure deployment and improvement projects
- Provide both remote and onsite support at company branches nationwide
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Infrastructure Technician, Network & Communications Technician, or Tier 2 Support Engineer - Must
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting endpoint devices, IT equipment, and communication infrastructure - Must
- Experience working with network infrastructure, switches, and communication technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Must
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Must
- Valid driver's license - Must
- Experience working in large-scale or multi-site organizations - Advantage
- Experience with Citrix environments - Advantage
- Experience working with telecommunications, infrastructure, or hardware vendors - Advantage
- Familiarity with monitoring, control, and management systems - Advantage

- Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks, including weekends
