What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on technical support for a wide range of software and hardware systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office, off-the-shelf software, operating systems, and monitoring & control tools
- Support end users in a helpdesk environment, ensuring efficient and professional service
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed
- Document incidents, solutions, and recurring technical problems
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in an IT support center – mandatory (experience in the banking/financial sector – highly preferred)
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, operating systems, software tools, and IT equipment – mandatory
- High ability to learn quickly and independently – mandatory
- Strong service-oriented approach and interpersonal communication – mandatory
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team – mandatory
Additional Info:
- Working Hours - Night shifts between 20:00–06:45, in two rotations, scheduled in advance in coordination with the employee
