Infrastructure & Application Changes Coordinator

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate infrastructure and application-related activities and production releases within the Technology Division
  
  
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of planned activities
  
  
• Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before deployment
  
  
• Manage the multi-system change plan and scheduling processes
  
  
• Maintain and update the infrastructure change calendar
  
  
• Coordinate availability and resource allocation of relevant technical staff
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools- Must
  
  
• Strong organizational and coordination skills-Must
  
  

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools-An Advantage

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure environments – a significant advantage-An Advantage
