We are looking for a hands-on Information Security Specialist to join a global organization and lead cybersecurity and information security activities across the company. The role includes working with international teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, and implementing advanced information security standards and best practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement and manage information security policies across a global organization
- Collaborate with global IT teams on security initiatives and operations
- Lead cross-organizational cybersecurity and information security projects
- Manage, operate, and monitor security solutions including EDR, Firewalls, Intune, and DLP
- Identify, analyze, and respond to information security incidents
- Support and participate in risk assessments and security reviews
- Lead compliance activities related to ISO 27001, GDPR, and other security standards
- Deliver security awareness training and promote a security-conscious culture across the organization
- Work with external SOC providers and manage ongoing security service engagements
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of information security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, and Firewalls
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, communication protocols, and network security
- Experience working with SOC providers and managed security services
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Experience in cybersecurity incident detection, investigation, and response
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a global organization
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
- Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations such as ISO 27001 and GDPR
- Experience implementing information security solutions in a global organization
- Experience working with Vulnerability Management tools and processes
- Relevant professional security certifications
