Information Security Specialist

Join one of Israel’s leading insurance and financial organizations as an Information Security Specialist in the Technology Division.
In this role, you will take part in strengthening the organization’s information security posture, managing security findings, coordinating remediation activities, and leading internal security processes across multiple technological and business interfaces.
This position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to managing security risks and processes.

What You'll Do:

• Management and tracking of information security findings and risks in coordination with technological and business stakeholders.
• Prioritizing tasks, monitoring adherence to timelines, and driving relevant stakeholders to close identified gaps.
• Producing periodic status reports and presenting them to management.
• Leading, defining, and promoting internal processes in the field of information security.
• Ongoing management of information security systems.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work with multiple interfaces, alongside strong self-management and initiative
• Basic technological knowledge and familiarity with organizational IT systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – Advantage
• Training or certification in Information Security – Advantag
