As an Information Security Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the organization's compliance with international standards, managing security controls, and promoting a culture of cyber awareness across departments.

What You'll Do:
• Implement and monitor security policies and controls across the organization
• Conduct ongoing compliance checks and report anomalies to relevant stakeholders
• Perform third-party risk assessments and evaluate suppliers' security compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams, regulators, auditors, and vendors for security reviews and audits
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27799, and other relevant data protection standards
• Lead awareness campaigns and deliver security training across departments
• Manage access controls and user permissions in line with best practices (least privilege, SoD)
• Provide security input in organizational projects, including risk assessments and documentation
• Maintain and update documentation, logs, reports, and audit trails related to security operations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in security control implementation, policy writing, and process execution – Must
• Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English (verbal & written) - Must
• Familiarity with security and privacy standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 27799 – advantage
• Experience working with regulators, auditors, or compliance bodies – advantage
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles – advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking, structured mindset, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
