We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented data analyst to help lead the fight against digital fraud and identity misuse. This is a high-impact, hands-on role involving investigations, data analysis, and the development of advanced monitoring controls.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and analyze suspicious activity and anomalies across systems and datasets.
- Investigate fraud and impersonation attempts using structured data exploration and advanced Excel/SQL queries.
- Design and implement preventive controls and process improvements to minimize data leakage and unauthorized access.
- Define business logic and automate anomaly detection models.
- Generate insights and trends for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in cyber, risk, and operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in data analysis / investigations / fraud detection – required.
- Strong command of Excel (advanced functions) and SQL – required.
- Experience in defining and integrating operational controls – required.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
Advantages:
- Experience with large-scale databases and BI tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Familiarity with Splunk, DLP systems, or data classification tools
- Exposure to AI-based anomaly detection models
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic – big plus
- Relevant academic degree (Statistics, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering) – strong advantage
