What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end technology projects focused on HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Manage and drive SharePoint-based projects and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, optimize processes, and deliver technology solutions.
- Work with IT teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Define project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee development, testing, implementation, and user adoption processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR processes through technology.
Requirements:
- Experience managing technology projects from initiation to delivery- Must
