What You’ll Do:

  •  Lead planning and execution of employee experience and welfare — from happy hours, team events, and onboarding/offboarding to birthdays
  • Design and drive retention strategies, employee engagement programs, and internal communication initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day office operations — supplies, logistics, maintenance, and keeping everything running smoothly
  •  Conduct HR interviews, manage first-stage screenings, and coordinate with recruitment partners
  • Build and implement training programs and leadership development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR projects across onboarding, policy, and cultural alignment

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HR & Employee Experience Manager (or similar role) in a tech company or startup, with background in employee experience and welfare initiatives.
  •  Hands-on experience in employee development, onboarding, and training for managers and teams
  • Organized, with problem-solving skills and strong multitasking abilities
  • You’re proactive, independent, and love finding ways to make things better
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
