This is a unique opportunity to lead the company’s Help Desk operations, manage a professional support team, and ensure a seamless IT experience for employees across the organization.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the company’s Help Desk operations, manage a professional support team, and ensure a seamless IT experience for employees across the organization. 

As the first line of support, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, introducing innovative processes and tools, and directly contributing to the efficiency and success of the company’s core business activities.


What you will do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Help Desk, including responding to user requests, prioritizing tasks, monitoring SLA compliance, and generating reports.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Help Desk staff – provide professional leadership, build work plans, deliver feedback, and drive employee performance.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements, automation, and self-service tools.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Information Security, and Infrastructure teams, while providing regular reporting to IT management.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and manage relationships with external service providers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing a Help Desk or technical support team- Must
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (such as CA, ManageEngine, or equivalent)- Must
  • Strong technical knowledge of systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and network infrastructure- Must
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and Information Security practices- Advantage
  • Relevant academic background- Advantage
