Head of Enterprise System Development

We’re looking for the Head of Enterprise System Development to join a leading financial institution in Israel!
This is your opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within one of Israel’s most influential financial organizations. The position offers both a technological and managerial challenge, leading a development team responsible for building and maintaining complex enterprise systems using modern full-stack technologies
(.NET Core, C#, Angular).
You will work at the heart of organizational innovation, partnering with business and process teams to shape the tools that power core operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on leadership in full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, and Angular
• Drive technological decisions and guide system architecture and design processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operations, and engineering teams
• Promote innovation by introducing new technologies, tools, and practices
• Mentor and support team members’ professional growth
• Define and manage team goals, work plans, and priorities
• Take part in high-impact projects led by the department or external vendors

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in software development and support in information systems – must
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and Angular – must
• Technological awareness and familiarity with modern platforms (Microsoft, Google, SQL) -must
• Proven experience in project and team management – must
• Experience working directly with end users – must
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• System-wide thinking and strong analytical abilities
