Head of Data

This is a rare opportunity to lead the organization’s Data domain end-to-end, build a modern and AI-enabled Data platform, and play a key role in shaping strategic, data-driven decision-making at the highest levels of the company.

In this position, you will establish and develop the company’s Data infrastructure from the ground up, define advanced Data and BI architectures, and lead impactful cross-organizational initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, setup, and continuous development of the organizational Data Warehouse and Data platform
•  Own Snowflake and Tableau at the architectural, methodological, and implementation levels
• Manage, mentor, and professionally lead Data team members, fostering growth and excellence
• Define and implement Data methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization
• Work closely with senior management, IT, and business units on strategic Data initiatives
• Manage external vendors and technology partners
• Lead the AI domain within Data, including the adoption and implementation of advanced AI-enabled Data infrastructures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Snowflake and Tableau, including Data architecture and BI design
• Hands-on experience in building or upgrading Data Warehouses and enterprise Data platforms
• Experience managing and professionally leading employees
•  Deep understanding of Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics
• Strong leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
•  Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience or strong knowledge in AI infrastructures and AI-driven Data solutions-An Advantage
