What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of Fullstack and Mobile developers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Take end-to-end ownership of features that directly impact millions of users
- Drive mobile-first development, delivering seamless and high-performance user experiences
- Design and evolve scalable distributed systems using Microservices and Event-Driven architecture
- Ensure robust, secure, and efficient integration between backend systems and mobile clients
- Champion best practices in performance, UI/UX quality, and production stability
- Lead by example with hands-on coding, code reviews, and implementation of modern SDLC and CI/CD processes
Requirements:
Must-Have
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead in a software development environment
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Strong Fullstack experience (client-side and server-side) with a mobile-centric approach
- Solid experience in Mobile development (React Native, Flutter, or Native iOS/Android)
- Deep expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Experience with Kafka and Event-Driven architecture, as well as RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift, and CI/CD processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
Significant Advantage
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Background in Fintech or financial services environments
