What You'll Do:
- Develop end-to-end solutions, from understanding business requirements to designing and implementing technical solutions.
- Build and integrate Backend and Frontend components using modern development practices.
- Develop and work with Microservices and REST APIs.
- Leverage AI development tools, with a strong focus on Claude Code, throughout the development process.
- Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure high-quality production-ready solutions.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Full Stack development experience, including Java & Spring Boot for Backend and React or Angular for Frontend - Must
- Experience developing Microservices and REST APIs - Must
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including writing queries and designing data models - Must
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions - Must
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools, including prompting and reviewing AI-generated code - Must
- Strong self-learning abilities, system-level thinking, and the ability to own tasks end-to-end - Must
- Experience with Agentic Development, MCP, or RAG - Advantage
- Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Advantage
- Experience building Workflows or Skills for AI development tools - Advantage
- Experience working with Data & Analytics systems - Advantage
