As an AI Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a dedicated AI Pod responsible for designing, building, and evolving production-grade AI solutions that automate complex business processes across the bank.
This role goes beyond software development. You will work directly with business stakeholders, understand real business challenges, design AI-driven solutions, build AI Agents and workflows, deploy them to production, and continuously improve them based on user feedback.
You will work in a cutting-edge technology environment alongside experienced AI and software engineers, while collaborating daily with the bank's product, business, and technology teams.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered applications and Agentic AI solutions
- Develop end-to-end Full Stack and Backend solutions using modern software engineering practices
- Design scalable Backend services and distributed systems
- Build REST APIs and Microservices
- Work with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI workflows and AI development tools
- Integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP or similar technologies
- Deploy solutions to Cloud environments (AWS / OpenShift)
- Work with SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis
- Participate in architecture, technical design and solution planning
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into AI solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered technical solutions
- Own features from business requirements through design, implementation, testing, production deployment and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and AI Engineers as part of a cross-functional AI Pod
- Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, performance and production readiness
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Strong Full stack / Backend development experience (TypeScript / Java / Python preferred)- Must
- Hands-on experience developing with AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, or similar- Must
- Experience working with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar- Strong Advantage
- Experience developing REST APIs- Must
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS- Must
- Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies- Must
- Strong understanding of software architecture and designing scalable distributed systems- Must
- Experience taking ownership of features from design through production deployment
- Experience working across multiple technical interfaces and collaborating with Product, Business or Customer-facing stakeholders
