A large financial organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across financial core systems. The role includes end-to-end management of complex projects in a banking/financial environment, working with Mainframe (MF) systems, leading integrations between core systems and other organizational platforms, and collaborating with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end technology projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and production.
- Manage complex projects involving financial core systems and Mainframe (MF) environments.
- Work closely with business units, Development, System Analysis, QA, Infrastructure, Information Security, Operations, and external vendors.
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Lead requirements and system analysis processes and define business and functional requirements.
- Lead complex integrations and cross-system processes.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a matrix environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing technology projects within a financial or banking organization - Must
- Significant experience managing projects involving financial core systems - Must
- Hands-on experience working with Mainframe (MF) systems in a banking/financial environment - Must
- Strong understanding of banking/financial business and operational processes - Must
- Experience working with complex enterprise systems, integrations, and cross-organizational processes - Must
- Proven experience in matrix management and working with multiple stakeholders - Must
- Experience working with Agile methodologies - Must
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related field - Must
- Previous experience in System Analysis - Advantages
