A leading and fast-growing real estate company is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support the CEO in managing day-to-day tasks, processes, and coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a diverse, high-impact role that combines organization and structure with technological thinking, initiative, and the ability to drive execution.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's day-to-day tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Work extensively with Monday.com, including creating and managing boards, forms, automations, and workflows.
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks with managers and employees across the organization.
- Handle ongoing administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day coordination.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, prioritizing requests and facilitating communication.
- Track approvals, documentation, and business processes to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
- Provide fast, proactive support to the CEO and field teams as priorities change throughout the day.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Military Executive Assistant, or a similar position - Significant Advantage
- Strong technological aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools- Must
- Experience with Monday.com, or a willingness to learn and become a proficient user- Advantage
- Excellent organizational, planning, and task management skills- Must
- Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, high sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset- Must
