We’re looking for an ERP Implementation specialist to Join one of Israel’s leading investment firms, implementing Oracle Fusion ERP as its core financial and procurement system.
In this role you will implement and lead Oracle's cloud-based system, serving as a key figure in the implementation of the Oracle Fusion ERP system.
The role includes leading the client side throughout the system implementation project, bridging the business needs of the Finance and Procurement departments with the technological capabilities of the system, and providing ongoing implementation and support after the project go-live.
What You'll Do:
Implementation Phase:
- Lead the client-side activities throughout the implementation project in collaboration with external implementation consultants.
- Collect and analyze business processes in the Finance and Procurement domains.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirement specifications
- Maintain ongoing communication with Finance managers, Controllers, Accounting teams, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Lead, together with the IT department, the system configuration processes for agreed business workflows, integrations with external systems, approval flows, reports, and forms.
- Participate in system testing and ensure alignment with business users’ requirements.
Post-Implementation:
- Provide professional internal support to system users.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement improvements.
- Manage changes to business processes by performing system configurations (setups).
- Train users and implement operational procedures.
- Maintain ongoing configuration updates and adjustments across the various modules.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP systems-Must
- Familiarity with financial processes (accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, and budgeting) –Must
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems–Must
- High proficiency in Hebrew and English – Must
- Experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and identifying system gaps – Significant advantage
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other Oracle products –a significant advantage
- Experience supporting system migration/upgrade projects –an advantage
- Ability to build interfaces using integration tools –an advantage
Ability to develop reports / BI –an advantage - Ability to analyze business processes and identify gaps, with an understanding of cross-system integrations
