A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Digital Technology Manager to join its Digital & Data division and take part in a major digital transformation project. The role combines technological ownership of digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications, with system analysis, release management, and coordination between digital development teams, business stakeholders, and core banking systems.
What You'll Do:
- Take end-to-end technological ownership of digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
- Represent the Technology division within Agile development teams.
- Manage releases and coordinate development activities across digital, technology, and business teams.
- Support the definition of technological solutions and system specifications and resolve technical constraints and issues.
- Coordinate production deployments and oversee acceptance testing and solution quality.
- Ensure integration between digital solutions and core banking systems.
- Review and approve HLD and LLD documents, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technological solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers, development teams, business users, and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with digital systems - Must
- Proven experience managing information systems within financial organizations - Must
- 3+ years of experience with banking systems - Must
- Experience working in an Agile environment - Must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must
- Strong system-level understanding, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience coordinating and driving development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering & Management - Advantage
