This role focuses on end-to-end digital processes and products, working on innovative initiatives such as chatbots, WhatsApp bots, remote digital signatures, mobile and web applications, and self-service banking journeys in a large-scale, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze business requirements, challenge them when needed, and translate them into well-defined digital processes, systems, and interfaces
- Define and document end-to-end digital workflows, information systems, and integrations
- Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders across all organizational units
- Lead multi-participant meetings and manage challenges throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze and design B2C and B2B digital processes and banking self-service journeys, such as: bank website and mobile applications, Call center services, SMS-based services.
- Analyze and design processes in direct banking channels (digital, telephony, SMS, IVR)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis or in defining digital products and services- Must
- Experience in the digital domain- Must
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems.
- Proven experience working in digital projects (e.g., chatbots, messaging platforms, digital applications, remote digital processes)
- Experience working in a banking environment or Background in financial or economic domains- An Advantage
