We are looking for a Digital Implementer – a proactive, sharp, and enthusiastic professional who’s ready to take ownership, lead end-to-end digital processes, and bring real impact to internal users.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the implementation, support, and adoption of digital processes focused on enhancing the employee experience

  • Own the lifecycle of digital workflows – from needs analysis and business requirement documentation to testing and go-live

  • Collaborate closely with development, IT, business units, and training teams

  • Work with smart forms, workflow automation, and integrations between systems

  • Monitor system health, user engagement, and continuously optimize digital services

  • Ensure high availability, usability, and continuous improvement of digital platforms

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Digital/Business ImplementerMust

  • Strong understanding of digital process design and implementation

  • Proven ability to write functional and technical specifications

  • Hands-on experience working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams

  • Proactive mindset with high ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple interfaces

  • High self-learning ability and a "can-do" approach

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and working with data

Advantage:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Strong advantage

  • Background in insurance or related industries – Advantage

  • Experience with digital forms and automation platforms – Advantage

  • Familiarity with UX principles and user-centric service design

  • Experience working in Agile environments – Advantage
