What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation, support, and adoption of digital processes focused on enhancing the employee experience
- Own the lifecycle of digital workflows – from needs analysis and business requirement documentation to testing and go-live
- Collaborate closely with development, IT, business units, and training teams
- Work with smart forms, workflow automation, and integrations between systems
- Monitor system health, user engagement, and continuously optimize digital services
- Ensure high availability, usability, and continuous improvement of digital platforms
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Digital/Business Implementer – Must
- Strong understanding of digital process design and implementation
- Proven ability to write functional and technical specifications
- Hands-on experience working closely with R&D and cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with high ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple interfaces
- High self-learning ability and a "can-do" approach
- Strong SQL skills for querying and working with data
Advantage:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – Strong advantage
- Background in insurance or related industries – Advantage
- Experience with digital forms and automation platforms – Advantage
- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centric service design
- Experience working in Agile environments – Advantage
