Join the Cloud Platform team of one of Israel’s leading financial organizations and take part in building the infrastructure and platforms that enable hundreds of developers to deliver services faster, more securely, and at scale. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work in a complex hybrid-cloud environment, combining cloud infrastructure, software development, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, integrated with on-premise environments in a hybrid architecture
- Develop internal tools, services, and self-service capabilities to improve developer experience and accelerate time-to-market
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated infrastructure processes
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Work with Linux-based environments and support scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities, including LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG, into organizational workflows
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Take part in cross-organizational infrastructure initiatives with broad technological impact
Requirements:
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Proven software development experience using Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or similar programming languages
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar tools
- Strong understanding of DevOps processes and experience working with Linux environments
- Ability to work independently, with strong system-level thinking and an infrastructure-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AI Agents, or RAG
