What will you do:
- Lead the team technologically by guiding developers in Laravel best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality standards
- Provide direct management and mentoring to developers
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack systems using PHP (Laravel)
- Architect and optimize complex backend processes and APIs
- Improve performance and scalability of existing systems
- Drive innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and development standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience leading a development team (Team Lead)
- 8+ years of experience in web development, with strong hands-on experience in PHP & Laravel
- Academic degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems
- Deep knowledge of OOP principles and common design patterns
- Strong experience working with SQL-based databases
- Extensive experience with Git and Agile methodologies
- Solid understanding and implementation of secure development best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
