What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, including professional development and knowledge growth
- Build and establish Data Science methodologies and best practices
- Translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions with measurable impact
- Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and LLM-based models
- Implement and optimize models in production environments (On-Prem and Cloud)
- Work closely with business stakeholders as a key interface between business and technology
- Continuously challenge and elevate team capabilities and performance
- Take an active role in shaping the team’s direction, supporting employee growth, and aligning data science efforts with business needs
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of classical Machine Learning algorithms and LLM models
- Experience working with LangChain (or similar frameworks), tokenization, and prompt engineering
- Experience in a team lead role- Significant advantage
- Experience working in organizations with large-scale databases and complex business processes- Significant advantage
- Experience working in a financial organization-Significant advantage
