What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists, including professional development and knowledge growth
  • Build and establish Data Science methodologies and best practices
  • Translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions with measurable impact
  • Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and LLM-based models
  • Implement and optimize models in production environments (On-Prem and Cloud)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders as a key interface between business and technology
  • Continuously challenge and elevate team capabilities and performance
  • Take an active role in shaping the team’s direction, supporting employee growth, and aligning data science efforts with business needs

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of classical Machine Learning algorithms and LLM models
  • Experience working with LangChain (or similar frameworks), tokenization, and prompt engineering
  • Experience in a team lead role- Significant advantage
  • Experience working in organizations with large-scale databases and complex business processes- Significant advantage
  • Experience working in a financial organization-Significant advantage
