This is a key position within a strategic team responsible for translating business needs into robust CRM solutions, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, document, and implement complex systems that support core business processes.

What will you do:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

  • Write detailed system documentation, including High-Level and Detailed Design documents.

  • Lead system analysis and data modeling, including ERD creation and SQL-based data structure planning.

  • Design and define system interfaces (internal and external).

  • Support and guide the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business users.

  • Provide training and support for end users as part of post-implementation processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in system analysis, including writing specifications and design documents – mandatory.

  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365mandatory.

  • Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 projects – mandatory.

  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries and planning database structures – mandatory.

  • Experience analyzing interfaces with external and internal systems – mandatory.

  • Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or completion of a recognized Systems Analysis course – mandatory.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications – significant advantage.

  • Familiarity with financial or insurance operations – advantage.

  • Technical knowledge of CRM configurations, integrations, and web technologies (Web Services, HTML, JSON, XML) – advantage.

  • Experience with C# and JavaScript – advantage.

Tech environment:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On Prem), SQL Server, Web Services, JSON, XML, HTML, ERD design, C#, JavaScript.
