Core Systems Analyst

Take a central role in analyzing and driving mission-critical systems in one of Israel’s most prominent financial institutions. As a Core Systems Analyst in an Agile environment, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring smooth delivery of robust backend systems that support the bank’s core operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Analysis and specification of core systems in the financial domain
  
  
• Supporting the process of gathering and defining business requirements with end users
  
  
• Guiding developers and QA engineers in executing tasks
  
  
• Overseeing the project lifecycle from requirement definition through testing and deployment to production
  
  
• Acting as a Product Owner in an Agile team, including managing and prioritizing the development and QA backlog

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis – must
• Experience writing SQL queries (including JOIN operations) – must
  
  
• At least 1 year of experience in project management – strong advantage
  
  
• Proficiency in Excel – must
  
  
• Experience in analyzing insurance/financial systems – strong advantage
  
  
• Background in software development and understanding of systems and architectures – strong advantage

• Experience with AS400 systems – strong advantage
