What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end system analysis for complex and cross-functional banking processes
- Work closely with both business and tech stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient integration
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate in an Agile environment and contribute to innovative architecture and methodologies
- Guide and mentor analysts on the team, encouraging growth and technical excellence
- Support dynamic project requirements and continuously evolving interfaces
- Promote technological maturity and business enablement through in-depth analysis and ownership
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a system analyst in complex environments – must
- Proven experience working with business and technological teams in a banking environment – must
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand cross-system processes quickly – must
- Experience writing detailed technical documentation and specifications – must
- Familiarity with TO-BE architecture and methodology -must
- High-level interpersonal communication skills, leadership ability, and team collaboration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Technological orientation and ability to understand system architecture in depth
- Experience as a Scrum Master – An advantage
