Business & Systems Analyst

This role sits within the core Mortgage & Credit systems domain, focusing on hands-on business and system analysis of complex financial processes that directly impact customers and core banking operations.
You will collaborate closely with business units, development teams, and QA, translating business requirements into structured functional specifications and ensuring accurate implementation within a regulated, enterprise-level banking environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and define business processes and financial systems in the mortgages and credit domain
• Gather business requirements and translate them from initiation stage into clear, structured specifications
• Write detailed functional and business specifications, covering both business processes and technological aspects
• Support development and testing phases, including documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Work closely with business units, development teams, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and work independently while handling multiple tasks in parallel

Qualifications:

• Direct experience in Mortgage or Credit/Loan systems within a bank, credit card company, or regulated financial institution- Must!!

• Proven hands-on experience in business process within financial organizations - Must
• Proven experience in writing specification documents- Must
• Experience in systems analysis- An Advantage
• Experience working with complex system integrations and interfaces between multiple systems- An Advantage
