Business Process Analyst

This role is part of a core mortgages and credit domain, working on complex financial processes and systems that directly impact customers and business operations.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA, in a regulated and professional environment with long-term impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and define business processes and financial systems in the mortgages and credit domain
• Gather business requirements and translate them from initiation stage into clear, structured specifications
• Write detailed functional and business specifications, covering both business processes and technological aspects
• Support development and testing phases, including documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
•  Work closely with business units, development teams, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and work independently while handling multiple tasks in parallel

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business process analysis- Must
• Proven experience in writing specification documents-Must
• Experience in at least one of the following domains: Mortgages or Credit -Must
  (including banks, credit card companies, or financial institutions)
• Experience in systems analysis- An Advantage
• Experience working with complex system integrations and interfaces between multiple systems- An Advantage
