The role involves designing, developing, and building an enterprise AI Agents Platform.
The primary objective is to drive the adoption and accessibility of the most advanced and innovative AI technologies across the organization, including RAG architectures, Agentic Workflows, and other cutting-edge AI solutions, helping position the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience - Must.
• Hands-on experience in Backend software development, with a strong focus on Python, Node.js, or Java – Must.
• Deep understanding of application architecture and application infrastructure within complex environments – Must.
• Background in DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline development and deployment processes - Must.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing RAG architectures and LLM-based solutions - Must.
• Strong understanding and practical experience building AI Agents and designing complex Agentic Workflows - Must.
• Proven expertise with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar solutions - Must.
• Experience working with Vector Stores such as Pinecone, Qdrant, and Milvus - Must.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and model optimization techniques - Must.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
