What You'll Do:
- Develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
- Lead and implement infrastructure-driven development solutions in collaboration with DevOps experts
- Contribute to the improvement of developer experience and time-to-market (TTM)
- Design and support scalable solutions leveraging databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Work with Linux and Windows environments, both on-prem and cloud-based
- Actively participate in CI/CD lifecycle optimization and automation
- Collaborate with other developers and platform engineers to drive technical innovation
- Stay up-to-date on new tools and technologies and propose implementation strategies
Qualifications:
Must:
- 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot) or similar technologies – Must
- Strong background in DevOps practices – Must
- Experience working with databases: MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL – Must
- Understanding of application infrastructure, Linux/Windows systems, and deployment processes – Must
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-level automation
Advantage:
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or container-based deployment – Advantage
- Experience working in cross-functional DevOps or Platform Engineering teams
- Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS) – Advantage
- High proficiency in integrating development and operations workflows
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
