What You'll Do:

• Develop backend infrastructure and frameworks supporting GenAI workflows and the bank’s Data Lake ecosystem
  
  
• Build and scale services for AI agents and next-generation applications
  
  
• Design and implement microservices in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI)
  
  
• Leverage modern data technologies including Cloudera, MongoDB, and MySQL
  
  
• Build and deploy services on AWS cloud infrastructure
  
  
• Work with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  
  
• Integrate with big data and streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark (advantage)
  
  
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI researchers, DevOps, and product teams
  
  
• Follow secure and scalable CI/CD practices in an enterprise environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in backend development using Java (Spring Boot) – Must
  
  
• Hands-on development experience with Python (FastAPI) – Must
  
  
• 2+ years of practical experience with AWS environments – Must
  
  
• Knowledge of GenAI technologies and tooling – Must
  
  
• Experience developing microservices architecture – Must
  
  
• Proficiency with MongoDB and MySQL – Must
  
  
• Familiarity with Cloudera Data Platform – Must
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  
  
• High self-learning ability and adaptability
  
  

• Familiarity with Kafka and Spark – Advantage
  
  
• Experience working with Kubernetes / Docker – Advantage
