What You’ll Do:
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support the preparation of tax reports and documentation
• Supervise bookkeeping records and ensure accurate reporting to authorities and institutions
• Perform ongoing monitoring of monthly payments and budget vs. actuals
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities (including auditors and tax authorities)
• Conduct inventory management and review monthly inventory reports
• Participate in audits and reviews with external auditors
• Assist in establishing, implementing, and improving accounting processes and workflows
Qualifications:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Must
• Completed an internship-Must
• Strong proficiency in Excel-Must
• Good command of English (spoken and written)-Must
• Experience with inventory accounting- an advantage
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and improve processes
• Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
