AI Solutions Engineer

‍M.ai by Moveo is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our R&D team. You will work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technologies and real-world business impact, helping transform complex ideas into practical AI-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for curious and ambitious people who are passionate about AI, automation, and problem-solving. You’ll work with modern AI tools, build real systems from day one, and help create AI-driven solutions with measurable impact.

We care more about hands-on experimentation, curiosity, and building real things than formal years of experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and build AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal tools
• Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and modern AI ecosystems
• Build solutions such as Voice Agents, HR screening systems, AI copilots, and operational automations
• Translate business needs into practical technical workflows and AI solutions
• Collaborate with R&D, product, and business stakeholders on real-world AI use cases
• Research, test, benchmark, and improve AI outputs and workflows
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and identify new opportunities for implementation
• Take ownership of projects and contribute throughout the full development lifecycle

Qualifications:

Must:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field from a leading institution
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and ecosystems - through personal projects, academic work, freelance work, or previous professional experience
• Experience working with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, OpenAI tools, LangChain, Flowise, Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and fast learning ability
• High level of curiosity, ownership, and self-learning capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders
• Professional-level English 

Advantages:

• Experience working with Cloud infrastructure, APIs, and REST architecture
• Python skills for automation, scripting, or data manipulation
• Previous experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
• Experience building AI benchmarks and evaluating AI outputs
• Understanding of hallucination prevention and AI reliability methodologies
• Experience building independent side projects or AI-based products
