Join a leading financial organization and take a key role in implementing AI solutions across business units. In this role, you'll work closely with business users to identify opportunities, build practical AI solutions, and drive their adoption from initial business need to everyday use.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation of AI solutions across the organization's business units, from need to live usage.
- Work directly with non-technical business users to understand their needs, map business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build solutions hands-on - setting up AI Agents, writing prompts, and defining the surrounding working processes.
- Guide and train users until they can work with the solutions independently, and transfer knowledge to employees as part of building internal AI capabilities.
- Work with development teams where APIs, MCPs, or complex integrations are required.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and deploying AI solutions end to end - building AI Agents, writing prompts, and defining working processes - Must
- A strong technological background with a good understanding of systems and architecture - Must
- Experience working with AI tools and platforms, including the ability to select the right platform for a given business need - Must
- Ability to characterize business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recognize where the real business value lies - Must
- Excellent interpersonal communication - the ability to work with non-technical users, build trust, and guide and train them to independent use - Must
- Fast learning of new business domains, technologies, and tools.
- Can-do attitude and creative thinking - finding solutions and offering unconventional approaches.
- Independence and drive - taking a business need and leading it through to implementation.
- Experience implementing AI solutions in an enterprise environment - Advantage
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Claude Code / Claude Desktop, Copilot Builder, Wonderful, or Data IKU - Advantage
- Familiarity with APIs and MCPs for integrations with enterprise systems - Advantage
