AgentForce‎ Specialist

We are building a new in-house AI team at a leading bank in Israel, and are looking for an experienced AgentForce Solution Architect / Prompt Engineer to lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions on Salesforce.

This role is highly hands-on and focuses on Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and solving real-world challenges around injecting organizational knowledge into prompts and AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for AI agents
• Work hands-on with Salesforce AgentForce and cutting-edge Salesforce AI technologies
• Implement and improve RAG-based solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval
• Solve complex challenges around knowledge structuring, context management, and prompt performance
• Lead solution architecture decisions and ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements:

Must Haves-

• Hands on experience with Salesforce AgentForce
• Proven experience in Prompt Engineering 
• Strong experience with RAG solutions 
• Experience designing end-to-end  AI solutions using AgentForce in complex environments
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-moving environment

Nice-To-Have

• Relevant training/course/certification in Salesforce AgentForce
