What You'll Do:

• Lead large-scale projects end-to-end- from architecture design to production deployment
• Design scalable system architectures optimized for AI-augmented development workflows
• Build APIs and services based on Microservices architecture
• Work extensively with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar tools
• Implement quality assurance processes and code reviews for AI-generated code
• Build and improve development methodologies that integrate AI technologies into engineering workflows
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases
• Provide professional guidance, document processes, and implement Best Practices for working with AI tools

Requirements:

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with React, including Hooks, state management, performance optimization, JavaScript, and TypeScript - Must
• 5+ years of backend development experience with Spring Boot (Java/Kotlin) - Must
• Experience designing REST APIs and Microservices architecture - Must
• Experience working with and designing SQL and NoSQL databases - Must
• Experience building large-scale projects end-to-end from scratch - Must
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar- Must
• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows- Must
• Experience performing quality assurance and code reviews for AI-generated code- Must
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations- Must
• Experience designing proper architecture for AI-augmented development processes- Must 
• Experience with responsive design and component architecture - Must
• Experience with CI/CD processes and DevOps- Advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS / GCP / Azure- Advantage‍
• Experience in technical leadership or team management - Advantage
