Moveo Source is looking for a Community Manager to lead House Of Talent- a unique professional and social community for the group’s employees from the tech industry. House Of Talent was created from a vision to build a space that connects people from different areas of the industry-developers, product managers, designers, QA professionals, data specialists, managers, and more- through high-quality content, networking, meaningful connections, and shared experiences.

This is a student position, 60% role, based in our Tel Aviv offices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leading and managing the ongoing operations of the House Of Talent community
  • Building personal relationships and connecting community members
  • Initiating and producing events, lectures, workshops, and community activities
  • Creating content and shaping a meaningful community experience
  • Working with vendors, speakers, and partners
  • Managing event and activity budgets
  • Creative thinking around community growth and development
  • Working with a wide variety of people and roles across the industry

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high energy- Must
  • Initiative, creativity, a proactive mindset, and out-of-the-box thinking- Must
  • Previous experience in community building- Significant advantage
  • Ability to lead projects, work independently, and collaborate within a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to create connections and build relationships between people from different backgrounds and roles
