You will lead the design and development of business applications, internal platforms, and automation solutions. What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop business applications, internal tools, and automation solutions across multiple platforms
- Lead end-to-end development projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to improve processes and implement new solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to existing developers while helping establish development standards and best practices
- Design and implement APIs, backend services, integrations, and supporting applications
- Take part in architecture decisions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
- Build and maintain development environments, CI/CD processes, and modern development workflows
- Drive technological initiatives and support the future growth of the company's internal development capabilities
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience using .NET Core and Angular or React
- Experience delivering end-to-end full-stack solutions from design through production
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, OOP principles, error handling, and logging
- Strong knowledge of Git and modern development practices
- Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, or serving as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders and senior management
- High level of ownership, independence, and hands-on approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing automation solutions or RPA processes
- Experience building internal tools and business applications
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments
- Experience with Monitoring & Logging tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and orchestration tools
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with AI tools, Agents, and AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience working with HubSpot or Marketing Automation platforms
