What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain digital systems and platforms that enhance the customer experience, including websites and mobile applications.
• Manage end-to-end development for both the frontend and backend of the company's digital assets, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech & devops suppliers to enable digital system's development
• Implement features and functionality across multiple systems, continuously improving performance, scalability, and user engagement.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of web and app platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in backend development with Node.JS
• 2+ years of  development with React/React Native
• Strong background in SaaS system integrations, including connecting and optimizing various cloud-based platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently
