A leading telecommunications company is looking for a Product Manager to join its Digital Division and lead impactful digital products used by millions of customers.
This role focuses on managing digital sales and purchase journeys on the website, improving user experience, and driving business performance. If you are passionate about digital, understand complex sales processes, and are data-driven- this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage digital products end-to-end- from requirements definition through launch and ongoing optimization
- Own and optimize digital sales funnels on the website, including registration, data entry, and full purchase flows
- Analyze and improve user experience in high-involvement customer journeys
- Work closely with UX/UI, Development, Marketing, Analytics, and Content teams
- Drive data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates and business performance
- Manage backlog, write user stories, and define product requirements
- Identify bottlenecks in the purchase process and lead solutions for optimization
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management- Must
- Experience working on digital products involving sales/purchase processes- Must
- Strong understanding of UX and user behavior in digital environments
- Experience with data analysis and analytics tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead end-to-end processes
- Strong product thinking, problem-solving skills, and business orientation
