Junior Product Manager

Join the digital division of one of Israel’s largest and leading telecommunications companies, at the heart of large-scale digital products used by millions of customers every day. You’ll join a professional, collaborative digital team working on end-to-end product initiatives, combining business, technology, and user experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage digital products end-to-end, from ideation and definition through execution and launch
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, UX/UI designers, and other cross-functional partners
• Define product requirements, user flows, and digital experiences
• Write functional and product specification documents
• Accompany the development process hands-on, from planning to delivery
• Take part in content and website creation and ongoing maintenance
• Edit, manage, and support digital content as part of the product lifecycle
• Monitor product performance and support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of and orientation toward digital products and platforms-Must
• Ability to read, analyze, and work with data-Must
• High motivation, curiosity, and strong learning abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• Experience working with tools such as Figma or Google Analytics- An Advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field- An Advantage‍
• Previous exposure to digital product, content, or UX-related roles- An Advantage
