Join one of Israel’s leading insurance companies as a System Analyst & Project Manager in the Digital & Innovation Division.
This is a hands-on technical role combining deep system analysis with end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects, impacting core systems and business processes. You will lead initiatives from requirements gathering through technical specification (including APIs and integrations) to development and release, working closely with R&D, QA, and business teams.
This role is not suitable for candidates with a background only in Product, BI/Data, PMO, or ERP/CRM.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead hands-on system analysis and E2E digital project delivery
- Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications (User Stories, APIs, flows)
- Design processes, screens, and system integrations
- Work hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman (including testing)
- Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage backlog, priorities, scope, and timelines
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects in parallel
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of hands-on System Analysis experience (not Product / BI / PM only)- Must
- At least 3 years of experience leading end-to-end Delivery projects in a technological environment- Must
- Experience writing detailed technical specifications (including flows, APIs, logic- not just business requirements)- Must
- Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and Postman (including integrations and testing)- Must
- Experience analyzing both Web AND Mobile applications- Must
- Experience working with SQL (writing queries, understanding data structures)- Must
- Development background (backend/frontend) or strong architectural understanding- Advantage
- Experience working with complex enterprise systems- Advantage
- Experience in the insurance or financial domain- Advantage
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree- Advantage
